The key point of Norang menu comes from this yellow ingredient because our chicken is not marinated with salted seasoning powder but most of the chicken franchises as you know marinate their chicken with it. The result makes their menu saltier and contains more sodium in their food.
Norang Tongdak does not have the marinate process and just uses the fresh chicken with natural ingredient which provide better quality and healthy food.
